I Have A Dilema
My fiancé’s side of the family loves to drink — like, really drink. They’re fun, but sometimes things can get a little out of hand at family gatherings. We originally planned for an open bar because we wanted everyone to enjoy themselves, but now I’m having second thoughts. I don’t want any drama, fights, or embarrassing moments on our wedding day. My fiancé thinks I’m overreacting and that it’s not fair to punish everyone for the actions of a few. I just want a peaceful celebration. Should I limit the bar, set time restrictions, or cancel it altogether?I have a dilemma: Should we still have an open bar at our wedding?

“Should I cancel my wedding? I’m having second thoughts about marrying.”
We’ve been together for years, but since we started planning, I’m realizing we argue about the big things more than I thought. I love parts of our relationship but I don’t know if this panic is normal pre-wedding nerves or a sign to stop. How do you tell the difference between jitters and a real red flag?

Firing A Client...
“I went to fire a client — it exploded.”
They hired me for full planning, then demanded unlimited changes, late-night calls, and tried to reassign my vendors mid-contract. I politely explained the scope and asked to pay the additional fees. The client called me unprofessional, posted a nasty review, and threatened legal action. Did I handle firing them poorly? What would you have done?
